1. Consent
By selecting the separate checkbox in the website form, I confirm that I contact the controller as a sole proprietor or on behalf of an organisation and consent to the processing of personal data relating to me by Alexey Aleksandrovich Rusakov, sole proprietor, Russian Tax ID 631607040629, registration no. 325632700195704.
2. People covered
A sole proprietor, director, employee, authorised representative, contact person or another individual who negotiates, approves the project or receives the result on behalf of a business.
A company's name, registration numbers, address and other information that does not identify a person is not personal data by itself.
3. Purposes
Responding to the enquiry, checking authority where necessary, clarifying the brief, preparing a commercial proposal, entering into and performing a contract, approving materials and results, processing payments and meeting legal duties.
4. Data covered
Name, phone number, email or messenger username, job title, employer, authority information, messages, data from voluntarily provided documents, source materials and information necessary to agree and fulfil the particular order.
If I provide another person's data, I must have a lawful basis to do so. One representative's checkbox does not replace another person's consent where their consent is required.
5. Processing operations
I permit collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, access by technical providers, anonymisation, restriction, deletion and destruction through automated, manual or mixed processing.
6. Recipients
I permit the controller to use services necessary to operate the website, protect the form, deliver the enquiry and fulfil the order. Form enquiries are delivered through the Telegram Bot API.
Project materials may be shared with a contractor only to the extent needed for the agreed work, after the client is informed and subject to confidentiality. This consent does not permit publication of personal data, materials, finished work or testimonials.
7. Duration and withdrawal
The consent remains valid until the stated purpose is achieved and for no longer than three years after the last interaction unless a contract or law requires a different period. It may be withdrawn by emailing rusalasur@gmail.com.
Processing will stop after withdrawal where no other lawful basis remains.
8. If consent is not given
Without the necessary contact information, the controller cannot accept a form enquiry, prepare a proposal or agree a project with the organisation's representative.
