This Policy describes how sole proprietor Alexey Aleksandrovich Rusakov processes and protects personal data when operating the RUSAKHARE AI website, responding to enquiries, preparing proposals and providing AI content production services.
The controller uses data only for defined purposes, does not request information without a reason and does not sell contact databases.
Do not send passport details, bank credentials, health information, biometric data or document scans through the public form. A name, contact and short project description are enough for the first conversation.

Responding to an enquiry
Name, chosen contact method, phone number, email or messenger username, applicant type, enquiry text and the page from which the request was submitted.
Preparing and delivering a project
Company and project information, brief, messages, source materials, contract and payment details, and representative information needed to agree and fulfil the order.
Website operation and analytics
IP address, device and browser information, viewed pages and cookies. Optional Yandex Metrica analytics starts only after separate permission in the cookie notice.
5. Legal bases
Consent, steps requested by the person before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal duties, and other bases permitted by applicable Russian personal data law.
6. Processing operations
Collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, access by technical providers, anonymisation, restriction, deletion and destruction through automated, manual or mixed processing.
7. Services and recipients
The minimum necessary data may be handled by services that host and secure the website, protect the form, deliver an enquiry, provide analytics after consent or process a digital product payment. An external service also applies its own terms and privacy documents.
Form enquiries are delivered to the controller using the Telegram Bot API. If a person does not want to use this delivery method, they should not submit the form and may email rusalasur@gmail.com.
Project materials may be given to a contractor only when needed for the agreed work, after the client is informed and subject to confidentiality. Public use of names, testimonials, source materials or finished work requires a separate basis.
8. Retention and security
Enquiry data is kept until the purpose is achieved and for no longer than three years after the last interaction unless a contract or law requires a different period. Completed project materials and accounting records may be retained as needed to perform the contract, meet legal duties and protect the parties' rights.
The controller limits access, applies proportionate security measures and deletes information that is no longer needed.
9. Your rights
You may request information about processing, correction, restriction or deletion, withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with the relevant authority or court.

The current version is always available on this page. The document will be updated, and new consent obtained where required, before data is used for a new purpose.
