1. Consent
By selecting the separate checkbox in the website form, I freely consent to the processing of my personal data by Alexey Aleksandrovich Rusakov, sole proprietor, Russian Tax ID 631607040629, registration no. 325632700195704, under this document.
2. Purposes
Responding to my enquiry, contacting me through my chosen method, clarifying the project, preparing a proposal, agreeing price and timing, entering into and performing a contract, producing and delivering the result, collecting feedback and meeting legal duties.
3. Data covered
Name, phone number, email or messenger username, enquiry text, project information, messages, source materials I voluntarily provide, and payment or contract information necessary for the particular order.
The website form collects only a name, contact, applicant type and short project description. Files, documents and any additional information are discussed separately.
4. Processing operations
I permit collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, access by technical providers, anonymisation, restriction, deletion and destruction through automated, manual or mixed processing.
5. Recipients
I permit the controller to use services necessary to operate the website, protect the form, deliver my enquiry and fulfil the order. Form enquiries are delivered through the Telegram Bot API. If I do not accept this method, I can email the controller without submitting the form.
Project materials may be shared with a contractor only where necessary for the agreed work and after the client is informed. This consent does not permit public disclosure of my data, source materials, finished work or testimonial.
6. Duration
The consent remains valid until the stated purpose is achieved and for no longer than three years after the last interaction unless a contract or law requires a different period.
7. Withdrawal
I may withdraw consent by emailing rusalasur@gmail.com. Processing will stop where no other lawful basis remains.
8. If consent is not given
The controller cannot accept my request through the form or prepare a personalised proposal. I may still browse the website or contact the controller independently by email.
