Photo animation / family films

Photo animation for a birthday, wedding or family archive

Old photographs become a complete film: people move, look at each other and smile. I add music, titles and a clear story the whole family can watch together.

Examples

Short excerpts from family films

Full films stay with the families. The site shows only short anonymised excerpts shared with client permission.

What you receive

Not a stack of effects, but a film with a clear story

Careful motion

Expressions and gestures stay natural, while faces remain recognisable.

A story from the archive

I arrange photographs by time or theme so the result does not feel like a random slideshow.

Music and titles

Pacing, dates, names and short captions support the story rather than distract from it.

Ready-to-show files

I prepare versions for a TV, event screen and easy sharing in messengers.

Made for

A gift that does not sit on a shelf

Process

From photographs to a finished film

  1. 01

    Send the photographs

Scans and phone pictures both work. I will tell you if any key moments are missing.

  2. 02

    Agree the story

We choose duration, mood, music, captions and the moments that matter most.

  3. 03

    Animation and edit

I show a first version. A simple project can be completed the same day.

  4. 04

    Refine and deliver

Two revision rounds are included, then I provide the final files.

Real client words

For a family, it is more than a video

Names are changed for privacy. The meaning of each review remains unchanged.
“A thoughtful, skilled and reliable professional. Alexey made a film for my father's 80th birthday quickly, kept in touch throughout and handled everything at the highest level. For the creator it may be a job, but for a family it is a whole life. Thank you so much, Alexey.”

FAQ

What people usually ask

01How many photographs do I need?

It depends on the film length. A short piece may need 10–15 strong photographs; a larger family story needs more. I suggest the right amount after reviewing the archive.

02Can you use low-quality photographs?

Often, yes. I review the files first and explain which images can be improved and which are better replaced.

03Can we add voice, greetings or home video?

Yes. Photographs can be combined with footage, voice messages, music, text and dates.

04How fast can it be ready?

Turnaround starts at one day. The schedule depends on the number of photographs, duration and motion complexity. Tell me the event date in the first message.

05How much does it cost?

Pricing is calculated individually after we discuss the project.
